PIN exists to unite and develop a global network of purpose-driven believers—leaders, creatives, coaches, entrepreneurs, and visionaries—who are committed to advancing the Kingdom of God in every area of life.

We are not just a networking organization—we are a movement of Kingdom-minded individuals who understand that true impact requires more than inspiration. It requires preparation, strategy, support, and spiritual alignment.

Through the five pillars of our PEACE acronym, we help individuals step fully into their God-given assignment:

Prepare: Equip people with the clarity, tools, and mindset to walk boldly in their calling.
Educate: Provide leadership, business, and biblical insight for modern-day Kingdom impact.
Activate: Empower members to take decisive, faith-filled action on their God-given vision.
Commission: Launch purpose-driven individuals into the spheres they've been called to influence.
Empower: Offer mentorship, accountability, and resources that create lasting transformation.

I'm Mike Favors

After graduating from American Baptist College, I felt the Lord calling me to take a bold step—leaving Nashville to move to Atlanta and attend seminary at the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC). In my first semester, God spoke to me through Joshua 1:6, declaring that I would lead, plant, and build. That same year, 2009, we launched our first ministry, Empowerment Action Center (EAC), which quickly began transforming lives and growing rapidly.

While in the preaching hall at ITC, I had a divine vision—a cell expanding and connecting. The Lord revealed a model of how churches, leaders, and Kingdom-minded individuals could link together through shared purpose and spiritual DNA. This vision became the blueprint for what would become PEACE International Network.

Over the next few years, we planted and helped commission several churches. In 2014, the vision officially came to life with the launch of PIN, following my apostolic affirmation and consecration by the late Apostle Eddie Long in 2015.

Today, PEACE International Network is a thriving global network of:

Christian coaches and consultants
Kingdom entrepreneurs and marketplace pioneers

All united with one mission: to Prepare, Educate, Activate, Commission, and Empower believers to lead with faith, courage, and clarity.
